  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order by filling out the inquiry form on our website. For custom or catered orders, we’ll follow up within 24–48 hours to confirm details and next steps. We do not accept orders via social media DMs or personal text.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance. Larger custom or catered orders may require 2 weeks’ notice. Holiday and peak weekends book quickly, so the earlier the better!
  • Do you offer rush orders?
    Rush orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability. A rush fee will apply. We encourage early planning whenever possible to ensure the best experience.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. Delivery fees are based on distance and typically range from $15–$25+ depending on location.
  • Do you offer pickup options?
    All orders are delivery-only. This helps us ensure every dessert arrives fresh, intact, and stress-free for your event or celebration.
  • Do you offer tastings?
    Tastings are available for weddings and large events only, and must be scheduled in advance. Tasting boxes or sampler options may be available seasonally — join our list to be notified.
  • Do you cater for weddings, showers, or corporate events?
    Absolutely! We offer full dessert tables, custom displays, and event delivery for all types of celebrations. Let us know your theme, guest count, and vision — we’ll take care of the sweets.
  • What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
    Orders canceled more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund. Orders canceled within 72 hours are non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling. Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Can I request a specific delivery time?
    We do our best to accommodate requested time windows. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window the day before, and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
  • What kinds of desserts do you offer?
    We specialize in: Signature Cakes & Cheesecakes Custom-Designed Cakes Seasonal & On-Demand Treats Event Dessert Tables & Catering Dietary-Friendly Options (GF, Sugar-Conscious) All items are made from scratch with premium ingredients.
  • Can I customize my cake or dessert?
    Yes! We offer custom flavors, colors, and designs inspired by your story or event. We’ll review your request and provide recommendations based on your vision and what we do best.
  • Do you offer gluten-free or sugar-conscious desserts?
    Yes! We offer a select menu of gluten-free and sugar-conscious desserts. These options are baked with the same quality and flavor, but availability may be limited depending on the request.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit/debit cards via secure online invoice. Full payment is required to confirm your order. For custom or catered orders, a deposit may be required.
  • Do you offer gift orders or add-on cards?
    Yes! You can add a custom note or gift message to any order. We also offer seasonal packaging and dessert box options — perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, or “just because
